The training course is aimed at those who wish to deepen their specific, as well as innovative, knowledge of the Housekeeping department.
The aim of the course is to acquire skills related to the dimensions of professionalism, work planning and organisation, and human resources management.
More specifically to deepen specific knowledge of the Housekeeping department, to gain awareness of the professionals employed within it in terms of roles, responsibilities and competences.
