The course represents an innovative training opportunity for those who wish to specialise
in the management of properties intended for hospitality but outside the traditional context
of the hotel. This professional figure is responsible for the operational and strategic management of
flats, villas, and independent accommodation facilities, aiming to optimise their profitability,
ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maintain high quality standards.
The skills required to excel in this role are manifold and include the
ability to manage bookings, maintenance, cleaning and additional services, as well as
marketing skills to effectively promote properties on the various channels of
distribution. A good non-hotel property manager must also be able to negotiate with
suppliers and partners, manage personnel and understand local regulations concerning
to hospitality.
The online course offers a flexible and accessible approach to acquire all these
skills, combining theory and practice through lectures, case studies and simulations. The
students will learn industry best practices, dynamic pricing strategies, techniques of
tourism-specific digital marketing and much more, preparing them to manage with
successful non-hotel properties in a changing market.

Safety at work course (Legislative Decree 81/08) on FAD platform for the duration of 8 hours of General Training + Low Risk, with relative issue of certificate.
