In addition to supporting the Captain and the rest of the crew in guest assistance and care, this professional role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. Stewardesses and Stewards play a vital
organizational role and are directly responsible for the quality of life on board.
To excel in this position, a Steward/ess must possess a specific set of technical skills and personal attributes. In particular, they must demonstrate:
Adaptability and Teamwork: The ability to live and work in confined spaces and close quarters, collaborating effectively within a team or working independently.
Time Management: Proficiency in planning and prioritizing tasks to ensure all duties are completed within the required timeframes and to the highest standards.

Optional Basic Training Phase
Basic Training (IMO STCW) is a package of compulsory courses required for specific qualifications that one needs to undertake to pursue a maritime career.
The package will take place at the certified professional training centre: CENTRO NAUTICO SALERNO ( C.N.S) SRLS with the issuing of the relevant certificates. The duration is 7 days including Sunday.
