Trovato per caso, e devo dire che non ero molto convinto all'inizio, perchè pensavo in qualcosa di losco, invece e a grandissima ammirazione, corso super personale preparatissimo, e ti seguono veramente. super consigliato!!!

Ho frequentato un corso presso l’Istituto Europeo del Turismo con aspettative molto alte, che sono state non solo soddisfatte, ma pienamente confermate. L’organizzazione del percorso formativo è risultata curata nei dettagli, rendendo le lezioni interessanti e coinvolgenti dall’inizio alla fine. I docenti si sono distinti per la loro preparazione, professionalità e grande disponibilità al confronto.

Durante il corso ho acquisito competenze significative e ho apprezzato fin da subito il loro metodo didattico, chiaro ed efficace. È stata un’esperienza formativa stimolante e arricchente, che mi sento di consigliare senza esitazione a chi desidera crescere in questo ambito.

Un master che cambia davvero il modo di lavorare nell’hospitality.

Ho completato il Master in Hospitality Management dell’Istituto Europeo del Turismo e posso dire che è stato un percorso estremamente formativo e concreto.
I contenuti sono chiari, aggiornati e orientati alla pratica: gestione operativa, KPI, leadership, revenue, front office, F&B e organizzazione aziendale.
La parte che ho apprezzato di più è la struttura del programma, pensata per chi lavora già nel settore e vuole fare un salto di qualità verso ruoli manageriali.
Il project work finale permette di applicare subito ciò che si impara, mentre il supporto dello staff è sempre puntuale e disponibile.
Consiglio questo master a chi vuole crescere professionalmente e acquisire una visione manageriale completa del mondo alberghiero.

Ho seguito il corso da steward di bordo negli yacht e l'ho trovato molto istruttivo e utile per riuscire ad entrare in questo settore lavorativo così particolare e affascinante. L'insegnante, molto preparata, e la tutor sono sempre disponibili e collaborative, cosa secondo me non da poco

È stata un’esperienza unica e preziosa. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il percorso presso l’IET, Istituto Europeo del Turismo: la professionalità, la qualità dell’insegnamento e il bellissimo rapporto creato tra colleghi e professori sono stati davvero speciali e indimenticabili.

I highly recommend the Luxury Hospitality course with Prof. Danilo Di Pasquale for the excellent quality of the content, professionalism, and expertise demonstrated throughout the programme.
Even though I followed the lessons after the course had officially ended, all materials were always available and I received full support whenever I had questions or needed clarification.

I took part in the Online Course in Luxury Hospitality because I got a job in a luxury hotel and wanted to get to know the luxury world better in order to relate better with management, colleagues and guests.
It gave me a lot of useful knowledge to adapt very quickly to the new job and I also learnt necessary terminology.
It was a very interesting and useful course.
In the event of problems on scheduled days, I was always notified in good time and received immediate support from the education contact person for new dates and times.

The online master's course in Luxury Hospitality was useful and well structured. The content was interesting and applicable, and the staff was competent, helpful and professional at all times. The only aspect that I regretted a little was the change in the course schedule, which meant that I was unable to attend a couple of the lectures. However, thanks to the recordings, I was still able to catch up with them without difficulty. Overall, a very positive experience that I would recommend.

Last month I concluded the course with a very satisfying work experience! I was followed from the very beginning with the support of Dr. Ilenia Frachiolla, who was available and attentive to my every need or doubt! The course took place in the beautiful city of Bari with the theoretical phase in the laboratory and on the yacht, followed by Chef Marco!

Here we are with my review. I apologise in advance for the delay in posting. What can I say? The onboard chef course was held in Bari in October. Bari is wonderful, from what little I was able to see. The IET staff (including the chef) are knowledgeable and helpful. Of course, if you arrive a little early, they certainly don't make you wait outside; on the contrary, they do. The doctors and their representatives welcome you with an extraordinary smile. A smile that's not entirely expected first thing in the morning. The course lasted five days. The first three were enough to gain the most important knowledge and learn some truly practical recipes, suitable for onboard cooking. The other two days took place literally "onboard" a yacht docked in the city port, not far from the city centre. Some of my companions struggled with seasickness there, while others proved to be sea dogs capable of handling the situation. It's worth considering better management of the onboard space. My only observation: the price is worth it. I only give 5 stars after signing a boarding contract. Thanks, regards.

Good experience, professional, friendly and helpful

This year, I took the master's degree courses in hospitality management, and I must say that I really enjoyed them. The lessons were very easy to follow, both online and recorded, and all the teachers were very knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. All the modules were very interesting and well presented. The administrative and secretarial staff were always helpful and friendly. I am satisfied with the course and am now confidently awaiting my certificate and the opportunities that this investment will bring. I recommend it, thank you all.

Although I followed the Mystery Guest course asynchronously because I was working during the live lessons, I found it very engaging. I think it will be useful to me professionally beyond the role of Mystery Guest itself!

I took part in the Mystery Guest course thinking it would be enjoyable and informative, but it exceeded my expectations. I attended the wedding planner course and was very satisfied with it. The teachers presented the topics in a very clear and comprehensive manner, enriching the lessons with useful information, especially on the timeline and the actual organisation of the event and the wedding day itself. My only criticism is that perhaps too much time was devoted to explaining and creating sketches.

A wonderful experience that enriched me both personally and professionally, thanks above all to the high level of expertise of the teachers.

What can I say, all professional and knowledgeable.
The course chef was superbly prepared, as well as nice.
Secretaries were available for all eventualities and Dr Fracchiolla remained available even weeks after the course, to review and disseminate the curricula.

The online Concierge course proved to be a valuable learning experience. The quality of the teaching programme was high, with well-structured content that was up-to-date with the needs of the hospitality industry.

The lecturers proved to be highly professional, imparting not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills essential for the role. Thanks to their direct experience in the field, they were able to offer concrete examples and useful tips for dealing with real situations.

An added value of the course was the presence of a personal coach, who guided us along the way by helping us to understand how to manage emotional stress, to understand the importance of active listening, and to recognise communication traps. These tools turned out to be fundamental not only for dealing confidently and professionally with clients, but also for how to handle situations in the family.

The practical approach was a key element: through simulations, exercises and case studies, I was able to put some of the lessons I had learnt into practice.,

Overall, a useful course that I recommend to anyone who, like me, wants to excel in the hospitality industry. .
