Trovo l esperienza con IET molto costruttiva piacevole e interessante Un percorso che consiglio a chiunque stia chiedendo a se stesso di mettersi in gioco, crescere e migliorarsi

Trovato per caso, e devo dire che non ero molto convinto all'inizio, perchè pensavo in qualcosa di losco, invece e a grandissima ammirazione, corso super personale preparatissimo, e ti seguono veramente. super consigliato!!!

Ho frequentato un corso presso l’Istituto Europeo del Turismo con aspettative molto alte, che sono state non solo soddisfatte, ma pienamente confermate. L’organizzazione del percorso formativo è risultata curata nei dettagli, rendendo le lezioni interessanti e coinvolgenti dall’inizio alla fine. I docenti si sono distinti per la loro preparazione, professionalità e grande disponibilità al confronto. Durante il corso ho acquisito competenze significative e ho apprezzato fin da subito il loro metodo didattico, chiaro ed efficace. È stata un’esperienza formativa stimolante e arricchente, che mi sento di consigliare senza esitazione a chi desidera crescere in questo ambito.

Un master che cambia davvero il modo di lavorare nell’hospitality. Ho completato il Master in Hospitality Management dell’Istituto Europeo del Turismo e posso dire che è stato un percorso estremamente formativo e concreto. I contenuti sono chiari, aggiornati e orientati alla pratica: gestione operativa, KPI, leadership, revenue, front office, F&B e organizzazione aziendale. La parte che ho apprezzato di più è la struttura del programma, pensata per chi lavora già nel settore e vuole fare un salto di qualità verso ruoli manageriali. Il project work finale permette di applicare subito ciò che si impara, mentre il supporto dello staff è sempre puntuale e disponibile. Consiglio questo master a chi vuole crescere professionalmente e acquisire una visione manageriale completa del mondo alberghiero.

Ho seguito il corso da steward di bordo negli yacht e l'ho trovato molto istruttivo e utile per riuscire ad entrare in questo settore lavorativo così particolare e affascinante. L'insegnante, molto preparata, e la tutor sono sempre disponibili e collaborative, cosa secondo me non da poco

È stata un’esperienza unica e preziosa. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il percorso presso l’IET, Istituto Europeo del Turismo: la professionalità, la qualità dell’insegnamento e il bellissimo rapporto creato tra colleghi e professori sono stati davvero speciali e indimenticabili.

Ho frequentato il corso da hostess di bordo yacht presso la scuola IET e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva Il programma è ben organizzato sia a livello teorico che pratico del lavoro a bordo, con particolare attenzione al servizio di alto livello e alla cura dei dettagli. I docenti sono preparati e disponibili, sempre pronti a chiarire dubbi e condividere esperienze concrete del settore. l’approccio e’ professionale e orientato al mondo del lavoro, aiuta a comprendere davvero le esigenze nel mondo luxury. Ho scelto di frequentare l’Istituto Europeo del Turismo in un momento in cui sentivo il bisogno di dare una direzione concreta al mio percorso nel mondo dell’ospitalità. Non è stato solo un corso, ma un vero viaggio di crescita: mi ha permesso di unire le mie competenze creative con una visione più strategica e gestionale, aiutandomi a vedere gli immobili non solo come spazi, ma come esperienze da costruire. Ho trovato un percorso completo, stimolante e ben strutturato, capace di trasformare teoria e passione in strumenti reali. Lo consiglio a chi vuole fare un passo in più, con consapevolezza, nel settore dell’ospitalità extra-alberghiera!

I highly recommend the Luxury Hospitality course with Prof. Danilo Di Pasquale for the excellent quality of the content, professionalism, and expertise demonstrated throughout the program. Even though I followed the lessons after the course had officially ended, all materials were always available and I received full support whenever I had questions or needed clarification. A valuable learning experience and absolutely worth the investment.

Ho preso parte al Corso Online in Luxury Hospitality, perchè ho trovato lavoro in una struttura di lusso e volevo consocere meglio il mondo luxury per relazionarmi meglio con la gestione, i colleghi e gli ospiti. Mi ha dato molte nozioni utili per adattarmi molto velocemente al nuovo lavoro ed ho imparato anche terminologie necessarie. E' stato un corso molto interessante ed utile. In caso di problemi nelle giornate stabilite, sono sempre stata avvisata per tempo e ho ricevuto subito supporto dalla referente didattica per nuove date e orari. Inoltre, l'area riservata con le lezioni registrate è stata utilizzima per poterle rivedere ed integrare appunti. Inoltre, i quiz a fine corso sono stati ottimi per testare l'apprendimento. Ricevere anche i materiali dadittici usati in aula virtuale e il testo, prima delle lezioni, mi ha aiutato a scrivere il progetto finale. Consiglio vivamente il corso.

I attended the Receptionist course, really top. The lecturer Stefano, very clear, precise and always willing to resolve doubts. A great pleasure to have the opportunity to share this course with such an experienced and knowledgeable person. The online master's course in Luxury Hospitality was useful and well structured. The content was interesting and applicable, and the staff was competent, helpful and professional at all times. The only aspect that I regretted a little was the change in the course schedule, which meant that I was unable to attend a couple of the lectures. However, thanks to the recordings, I was still able to catch up with them without difficulty. Overall, a very positive experience that I would recommend.

Last month I concluded the course with a very satisfying work experience! I was followed from the very beginning with the support of Dr. Ilenia Frachiolla, who was available and attentive to my every need or doubt! The course took place in the beautiful city of Bari with the theoretical phase in the laboratory and on the yacht, followed by Chef Marco!

Here we are with my review. I apologise in advance for the delay in posting. What can I say? The onboard chef course was held in Bari in October. Bari is wonderful, from what little I was able to see. The IET staff (including the chef) are knowledgeable and helpful. Of course, if you arrive a little early, they certainly don't make you wait outside; on the contrary, they do. The doctors and their representatives welcome you with an extraordinary smile. A smile that's not entirely expected first thing in the morning. The course lasted five days. The first three were enough to gain the most important knowledge and learn some truly practical recipes, suitable for onboard cooking. The other two days took place literally "onboard" a yacht docked in the city port, not far from the city centre. Some of my companions struggled with seasickness there, while others proved to be sea dogs capable of handling the situation. It's worth considering better management of the onboard space. My only observation: the price is worth it. I only give 5 stars after signing a boarding contract. Thanks, regards.

Good experience, professional, friendly and helpful

This year, I took the master's degree courses in hospitality management, and I must say that I really enjoyed them. The lessons were very easy to follow, both online and recorded, and all the teachers were very knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. All the modules were very interesting and well presented. The administrative and secretarial staff were always helpful and friendly. I am satisfied with the course and am now confidently awaiting my certificate and the opportunities that this investment will bring. I recommend it, thank you all.

Although I followed the Mystery Guest course asynchronously because I was working during the live lessons, I found it very engaging. I think it will be useful to me professionally beyond the role of Mystery Guest itself!

Ho partecipato al corso Mystery Guest pensando che sarebbe stato piacevole ed istruttivo ma la soddisfazione è andata molto oltre le aspettative. I due insegnanti erano molto competenti e le lezioni e loro spiegazioni assolutamente efficaci - anche persone piacevoli con cui, ogni tanto, farsi una risata - la tutor Ilenia molto efficiente prima, durante e dopo il corso e molto attenta all'aspetto umano di noi discenti. Sono molto soddisfatta, di tutto!

I attended the wedding planner course and was very satisfied with it. The teachers presented the topics in a very clear and comprehensive manner, enriching the lessons with useful information, especially on the timeline and the actual organisation of the event and the wedding day itself. My only criticism is that perhaps too much time was devoted to explaining and creating sketches.

A wonderful experience that enriched me both personally and professionally, thanks above all to the high level of expertise of the teachers.

Segretarie disponili per ogni evenienza e la Dott.ssa Fracchiolla è rimasta disponibile anche settimane dopo il corso, per la revisione e la divulgazione dei curriculum stessi.
