The yachting sailor course is an essential training course for those who aspire to enter the luxury nautical sector, a field that requires a highly
specialised. This programme is designed to equip participants with the technical and practical skills needed to operate professionally and safely at
on board yachts. Through a combination of theoretical lectures and practical sessions, trainees will learn all about navigation, maritime safety, service to
on board and mooring and manoeuvring techniques, thus becoming competent and in-demand professionals in this exclusive field.
To ensure the high quality of the training and compliance with international standards, it is required that all candidates hold the mandatory certifications predefined by the
harbour masters' offices before enrolling for the course. These certifications are essential to ensure that participants have the basic knowledge indispensable for safety
at sea and are ready to delve into the more advanced and specific aspects of working on board a yacht.

The yachtsman must have a number of technical and character traits to perform his role to the best of his ability, in particular he must demonstrate:
ability to live and work in close contact and constricting environments and to work in a team or autonomously, planning work in order to complete it on time and in the required manner.
Ability to work in stressful situations related to weather conditions
Available at widely flexible hours
Being registered in the first and second category on the Seafarers' portal
Possibility of financing;
Reworking and updating the CV for dissemination to companies in the sector at the end of the training course
