The online course offers a flexible and in-depth learning opportunity, covering all
the fundamental aspects of housekeeping, from managing daily cleaning to caring for
of fabrics, from routine maintenance to work planning according to the
guests' needs. Through interactive modules, video lectures and case studies, participants

- How to organise shifts
- Cleaning techniques
- Disinfection and sanitisation of the wellness centre
Wardrobe:
- The tasks of the cloakroom attendant
- Lost&found procedures
- The standards for guest linen
- The provision of linen for the rooms
- The linen warehouse
The training course is aimed at those who wish to deepen their specific, as well as innovative, knowledge of the Housekeeping department.
The aim of the course is to acquire skills related to the dimensions of professionalism, work planning and organisation, and human resources management.
More specifically to deepen specific knowledge of the Housekeeping department, to gain awareness of the professionals employed within it in terms of roles, responsibilities and competences.

Occupational safety course certificate (low risk)
Study of preparatory texts provided by the European Tourism Institute;
6-month English language course 'all you can learn' formula. If you already have at least a self-certified B2 level of English, you can choose another of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian
Safety at work course (Legislative Decree 81/08) on FAD platform for the duration of 8 hours of General Training + Low Risk, with relative issue of certificate.
