Tourist contracts: Analysis of various contracts related to tourism, such as travel contracts, agreements between tour operators and service providers, and related legal issues.
Consumer Protection: Laws protecting the rights of tourists, such as those concerning the quality of services offered, security, refunds in the event of disservice, and cancellation policies.
Regulations on travel agencies and tours operator: Laws regulating the sector, such as the licensing requirement for tourist agencies and the regulation of package tour offers.
Civil and criminal liability in tourism: The legal liability of tour operators and service providers towards tourists, both in case of physical and financial damage.
Laws on environmental protection and sustainable tourism: Regulations regulating the impact of tourism on the environment, with the aim of promoting ecologically responsible tourism.
International standards: Treaties, conventions and laws regulating tourism at the international level, including conventions on air transport, tourism and culture, as well as laws on human rights in relation to tourism.
