The Master for Restaurant Manager is the training course designed for all those who aspire to acquire the necessary managerial skills to be able to better manage the economy and organisation of any modern restaurant business.
A restaurant manager is the key figure in charge of managing all aspects of a restaurant business. He or she is in charge of staff management, establishing responsibilities and shifts, and of all day-to-day activities. He is responsible for the entire organisation and the gastronomic experience of the customers.
