Marco Carrubbo graduated from the hotel management school in Naples and started working at the age of 15 in some restaurants in the city of Naples. At the age of 17 he had his first experience abroad, namely in ANTALYA in Turkey at “MAGIC LIFE”, a holiday village company. After returning to Italy to obtain his high school diploma, he continued to travel for work (Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Switzerland) working in hotels, restaurants and catering. Since 2008 he became a shipboard chef after a first experience of 100 days on a ferry boat, he worked for 8 years for an 86-metre sailing ship (SIGNORA DEL VENTO) catering (cruises, weddings and corporate dinners) with an average of 50 people plus 25 crew members; since 2016 he has been working with private and chartered 50-metre boats.
