Expert in Hospitality Management and Catering. Hotel Manager and Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the sector in Italy and abroad. After his Technical-Commercial studies, he trained in the field of Tourism-Reception by attending specific courses and working directly in 4-star, 5-star and 5-star Luxury hotel companies, dealing first with Food and Beverage and then with Room Division and Sales and Marketing, soon moving into Hotel Management and Consultancy.
As a Consultant for more than 7 years, he has followed as coaching, organisation and management, training, projects in the restaurant, hotel, winery and non-hotel sectors; the latter being an increasingly growing target in the Italian panorama. He has followed tourism management companies of luxury flats and villas, property management in the broadest sense (researching, contracting, organising the management and supporting the marketing of properties rented in various Italian tourist locations).
With a dynamic character, he loves travelling (both for work and leisure) driven by curiosity to discover new realities, face new challenges, experiment with new solutions. Good communication skills and a sunny disposition allow him to interface well with people from different cultures and social backgrounds. As well as being a job, the world of tourism-hotels represents a passion, and the constant search for Quality is its foundation.
