Full programmeThe Travel Agent today represents the natural evolution of the figure of the travel agent. Innovations and changes in tourism and in the very concept of travel itself, due to the entry of new technologies, have led to the birth and development of a new professional in the sector.
Tourism supply and demand
Increasingly in demand by Travel Agencies and OLTAs (Online Travel Agencies), the Travel Agent deals with the construction, marketing and communication of travel proposals, mediating the relationship between the demand market and the tourism supply market.
His consultancy skills, combined with public speaking and communication skills, are distinctive characteristics of this professional in travel organising, whose profile is complemented by experience in the field, making him a professional figure who is in great demand in the tourism sector. This training allows him to work within Travel Agencies, Travel Networks, Associations, Promotional Bodies and OLTAs. Starting from the analysis of consumption, the creation and provision of tourism-related services, to the management of the travel agency, the latest strategies and marketing tools best suited to the sector.
