Federico Barbarossa ,to know, to share, and to grow; with these three characteristics has developed the professional path of “Concierge” for what is the most beautiful profession in the world of our teacher.A long stay to deepen his studies in France and Germany has allowed him to climb the heights of the profession by becoming Head Concierge at the Hotel Cala di Volpe, on the Emerald Coast, where he has spent no less than forty years of his professional career. In the meantime came the presidency of the UIPA, the Italian Union of Hotel Concierges - Les Clefs d'Or, which I held for nine years, and that of the International Board as Area Director for the Mediterranean of the UICH l'Union Internationale des Concierges d'Hotel for the same nine years. During this time, he cultivated his passion for communication and writing, so much so that in 1998 he became a journalist and opened several sector newspapers and a local one, still edited today. A passion that in twenty-five years he transferred to the pupils of his town's secondary school and that he continues to exercise to this day, giving the best hours of his days. Finally, after a very long stay in Costa Smeralda, he crossed the sea once more and this time to Lake Garda, to Sirmione. A beautiful location where he spent the last ten years of my career at the Villa Cortine Palace Hotel. An 1860 villa transformed over the years into a luxury hotel, now part of the Relais & Chateaux group, a brand of excellence that has always distinguished a luxury clientele hosted in prestigious structures.
