With a great passion for the hotel world already present in her school days, Monica Montini began her professional career and dedicated more than 20 years of her career to this sector. Her skills touch various areas of the hotel: from Front Office to Conference & Banqueting, passing through the Reservations Office, to Revenue Management. She has worked for major independents and hotel companies such as Marriott, UNA Group, NH Hotels and Armani Hotel. She has dealt with projects for the development and centralisation of revenue and group office departments, the integration of hotel companies, and project management for the implementation of operational tools such as PMS and RMS. In addition to Revenue Management, she also trains in effective communication, emotional intelligence, and the development of a leadership style attentive to people's well-being and happiness.
