I am a Hospitality Man with over 30 years of experience, during which time I have acquired extensive skills in start-ups, redevelopment and repositioning of hotel assets, and operational management.
I am involved in training in hotel disciplines.
It has always been my conviction that hotel management always needs stimulation and organisations that instil the right forces to achieve its goals.
Over many years as general manager, I have also had the opportunity to deal with ambitious expansion projects, overseeing the opening of several hotels, for superior clients De Luxe Hotels also with SPA and Wellness Centre. I have worked from the construction site, following all phases of the renovation and
providing opening and then operational management.
My profile shows a strong propensity to know the Man/Customer, aimed at sales, staff motivation and the achievement of assigned economic objectives. Strong willingness to listen and dialogue, together with a natural aptitude for 'problem solving',
