Giulia Verzeletti graduated in Corporate Communication at the University of Milan. Immediately after graduating, she started working in an agency specialising in Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing. In this context, she developed automation strategies for various companies, dealing with the study of Buyer Personas, sales flow and competitor analysis, and the creation of strategies for each phase of the Lifecycle Journey. Continuing to deepen his knowledge through studies and practical activities, he began holding training courses on Marketing Automation for companies and postgraduate institutes. She then started working in companies as a CRM Campaign Specialist, initially in the automotive sector and currently in the tourism sector. She is responsible for the design and practical implementation of Marketing Automation strategies by managing the planning, targeting, execution and reporting of activities.
