Trainer since 2017 in the nautical sector , Operations Manager at a nautical company in Tuscany , Sicily and Sardinia . She is also in charge of fleet management on an international booking system .
This work has allowed a continuous and constant confrontation with different people with whom, thanks also to training as counselling, listening and communication have become essential elements in discovering the peculiarities and limitations of each hostess and steward to be included in the working world.
