She has designed and supervised as an expert teacher PCTO courses on Sustainable Tourism and the GOL Programme in the area of Tourism Hospitality. He has carried out, as a consultant, training, research and analysis activities in the field of Environmental and Responsible Tourism. She writes for several trade journals. She is qualified as Technical Director of a Travel and Tourism Agency.
