Online course in Housekeeping

- The importance of a code of conduct and professional ethics.
- Housekeeping department where it is located within the hotel and what it does.
- The roles and tasks of the various figures (Housekeepers, Waiters, Porters, Wardens).
- Operational Standards and Procedures (Room Cleaning, Couverture Service, Common Areas Cleaning, Service Areas Cleaning)
- Check lists or checklists
- How to organise shifts
- Cleaning techniques
- Disinfection and sanitisation of the wellness centre

Wardrobe:
- The tasks of the cloakroom attendant
- Lost&found procedures
- The standards for guest linen
- The provision of linen for the rooms
- The linen warehouse

The training project

Study of preparatory texts provided by the European Tourism Institute;
6-month English language course 'all you can learn' formula. If you already have at least a self-certified B2 level of English, you can choose another of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian
Safety at work course (Legislative Decree 81/08) on FAD platform for the duration of 8 hours of General Training + Low Risk, with relative issue of certificate.
