The development promoter of the villages is able to publicise and make the most of Italy's hamlets. Little-known villages that preserve within their walls the slow rhythms of centuries of history, culture and tradition.

  • Definition and characteristics of 'hamlet
  • Associazione dei Borghi più belli d'Italia/Associazione Borghi Autentici d'Italia/Bandiera Arancione del Touring Club Italiano (what they are and what they do)
  • Scenario of small villages in today's and tomorrow's Italy
  • Local Action Groups, Union of Municipalities, Proloco
  • How small villages, parks, and the paths and trails sought after by tourists from all over the world can be enhanced
  • Tourism and sustainable mobility in villages

The training project

Propaedeutic phase:

Study of preparatory texts provided by the European Tourism Institute;

Classroom phase:

15 HOURS online lesson divided into 5 three-hour meetings
